I was looking for a "cool" lighter on the market and came across the lighter category and found them amazing, with such intense blue flames on many of them. . I found these Ronxs lighters and they impressed me. First things first, these are my first lighters I've ever owned so I did some basic research on how they work and how to fill up with butane (NOT IN THE BOX OR PRE-FILLED FOR SAFE DELIVERY, APPARENTLY) should have been Go and buy your own glass. butane to fill and use. The packaging is a very nice and sturdy jewelry style box and when opened the presentation looks quite luxurious, in addition to each lighter being individually wrapped in plastic and the infamous lucky/accident review card it includes a fairly soft and quality cleaning cloth. The lighters themselves, although empty, are of solid weight and the build quality is very good, almost elegant. Got the colors as shown, orange and smoky clear black which look better than the pictures and the metal trim on the clamshell cover. There's good resistance to depressing the igniter, and the button itself is hard plastic, although mine was empty when you received it you can see a spark in the chamber if you press the switch a couple of times. LET IT BE FIRE; I bought a cheap Zippo can to fill these bad boys and I would suggest laying out a towel or some cardboard before filling as it was my first time and I was a bit confused. ALSO THERE IS NO MANUAL IN THE BOX, just some basic instructions in the item description which I hope you read :) The fuel level is clearly visible through the transparent tank and I have the flame/fuel rate wheel +/- on set the lowest setting to ignite the flame. By pressing the switch you will see a beautiful spooky blue flame or the blue flame of a Bunsen burner in chemistry class. Your hand feels immediately warm and the ergonomic design ensures that your fingerprints remain intact. I have fairly large hands so it takes a while to find a comfortable grip to close the lid, but once I get that "click" when closing it's very nice, even a slight push to release it opens itself. It is mentioned that it has a cigar stamp that is visible and accessible by pressing a small slide switch. I honestly have no idea how to use it as I don't smoke but hopefully this will work for those with a good Cuban lighter. In summary these are some decent and fairly crude lighters, the main use for me is simply lighting incense sticks and other combustible items. They are quite large but still comfortable enough to carry in your pocket. Love the color options: orange for a night on the town and mysterious smoky black if you're serious about business. Overall I am very impressed with the Ronx lighters and hope they last.
