I got an owl and I really enjoyed doing it. It's essentially a color by number, but these are gems. It took longer than I expected, but it was almost meditative. I tended to almost pass out if I was concentrating on a project and just taking a little time and forgetting everyday things for a few hours. I actually worked on it during the outreach in my free time. It was a nice little lightweight project that I could easily pack up and carry around. The ONLY thing I didn't like was that while there were packs for exposed gems, there weren't enough packs for more. than 2/3 colors. which is frustrating. I ended up taking extra bags for the gems.
