Okay, let me start with what I like about this product.1. It's well done. Strong and sturdy.2. LOVE the smooth, slow closing of the seat and lid.3. Love the fact that they designed this toilet seat to be easily removed for cleaning.4. I'm one of the few that likes the night light timer activation when the batteries are in. No buttons to fiddle with. The only thing that really let me down was the brightness of the night light. This is really very pathetic. I really think they could add 2-3 more to make it a real night light. I mean when the lid is closed the light can only come through the gaps between the seat and the lid, the seat and the toilet, so it really must be a lot brighter. But even with the useless night light, I find the seat to be a great addition to my bathroom.
