Very nice, very big and the picture is great

There's a lot to like about this monitor, but know it's HUGE. It will dominate your desk, so be prepared to make room - lots of room. This 40-inch scepter monitor has a bright, vibrant image with lots of color and depth. The included remote control is very handy and makes it easy to set up the monitor. almost painless. You can also quickly switch between different picture modes (picture-in-picture, side-by-side, etc.), adjust volume, select source(s), etc. In addition to the remote control, the monitor has the best built-in control over settings I've seen : clickable micro-joystick under the bottom bezel No more fumbling around with a tiny row of buttons and repeatedly pressing the wrong button - just toggle the joystick button to navigate the menu. super easy. I don't game so can't comment on that aspect of the monitor but I suppose it would be great. It is very convenient for business use - plenty of screen space to open multiple windows or applications. 2 DisplayPorts and 2 HDMI ports make it easy to connect multiple sources, and you can easily switch between them with a joystick or remote control. I prefer the remote control. The built-in speakers are good but nothing special - if you already have speakers you'll probably want to use them, but if you don't the built-in set is fine. They're not great, but they're not terrible either. You have to put them back on the table or else you'll feel like you're in the front row of a cinema. It only requires about 8 inches of depth at the back of the monitor, so it fits perfectly into most desktop setups. ACTUAL screen dimensions (which are never listed in monitor descriptions): 20.25 inches high (with 19 inches viewable screen area). ") Front Width 34.5" (at 33.5") viewable screen area. This may be too high for some people; you need to have it low on your desk or you'll be craning your neck to see the top Luckily the stand allows you to lower the screen about 2.5" above the table surface. I bought this monitor on Black Friday for $400 but even at the regular price of $585 it's mine Still a very good deal in my opinion I think anyone who buys it will be happy with it There is a lot to like and nothing to dislike about this monitor which is why I give it a 5 star rating .

Pros
  • 3000R Curvature: The 3000R's curved design fully immerses you in the gaming landscape, allowing you to spot all threats and opportunities before any of your competitors.
Cons
  • The monitor only works in black and white mode.
