After purchasing and installing it, I realized that Intel really doesn't have a solution to make this 2X Port 10GBE card work as an aggregated or bound set for 2-x the baud rate, so I can only use one at the moment until Intel @ss stops and makes it work. I've spent dozens of hours on and off with Intel to no avail to get this to work. They just said it just won't work with the latest changes in Windows 10. Everything they told me was a waste of time. 8 months later. it just died. Worst of all I only used 1 of the 2 ports. After the first failed I tried the second port but it died after 10 minutes. Mine was NOT made in Mexico as mentioned above but was made in Taiwan in 2017. Intel finally REFUSED my warranty request as follows: Hello, on June 17, 2020 the service request ******** was updated. Hello Bob! Thank you for your patience. After checking the label, Intel cannot authenticate this Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X550-T2. We have identified some inconsistencies in the labeling details: • Manufacturing dates on the labels do not match (4-in-1 sticker and product label) • PBA on the 4-in-1 label is identified as X550T2 • MM# 940128 is also identified identified as X550T2 PB on PCB (H49277-007) but identified as LENOVO (Product Code: 00MM851) • There are issues with screen printing markings and RJ45 connectors. We recommend contacting the point of sale for information on warranty options. Log in to view and update your request or get more information. You can also reply to this email with questions or comments. Best regards, Intel Support Team
