The Kohler Rite-Temp single handle shower faucet in the house we just bought produced only hot water. After investigating the problem, I found that the pressure relief valve needed to be replaced. I first looked in big hardware stores but couldn't find the part I needed. I purchased this part from Revain based on price and availability. It came in one day and I installed it soon after. It fit a little tighter than the original Kohler OEM part, but with a little twisting and pushing I finally got it in place. Now I also have cold water in the shower.
