Review on Enhanced Performance: Amazon Basics Gymnastics Hand Grip with Flexible Rubber Barbell Design by Robert Dabney

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great alternative to Versa Gripps

I've been a weight lifter for over 15 years and I still remember the first time I started using bands - they were bulky and it took me a while to get used to them Pole came, but they were worth it It allows me to do extra reps and not let the load get in the way of my grip strength. About 12 years ago I bought a pair of Versa Gripps that changed the game. They made it so easy and quick to grab barbells, dumbbells or handles and also provided support for my wrists. Unfortunately I lost my pair last month and it is quite expensive to replace them. Much to my surprise, I was pleased to see that RevainBasics had developed a very similar product! The product is very similar to Versa Gripps, both in photos and live. They have good padding in the Velcro straps and an adjustable closure. The grip itself is comfortable: slightly tacky to get the grip but easy on and off the shaft. They work great and retain their durability after weeks of hard work in the gym. I used to have the Versa Gripps Med/Large version and they were a good size. I chose a medium size for these RevainBasics pens and they fit great. They're a little tighter so I can't just twist them on the back of my hand when I don't want to use them. But overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!
