I love this product

I love this product! I would give it five stars but it wears down the plastic every time the ball is opened so it eventually breaks and cannot be securely fastened. Am I doing something wrong or am I trying too hard to open it? It even comes with a small pouch to put your thin underwear in so it doesn't get ruined. I've swapped the laziest bras for the strongest, but I haven't seen them go bad yet.
