I bought this cart a few years ago and found it very good. I still use it and hope to use it for many years to come. I use it to take out the garbage on the street every week and it's very easy for me to go up and down stairs. The reason I give it 3 stars is because where the handle folds there is a cotter pin sticking out on each side. carts. It's spicy. I never paid much attention to it, but one day my dog ran past him and caught his foot. She tore an artery, a nerve, and stretched cartilage. The diagnosis was that she would never walk on that leg again and I had to keep her in bandages. Then the bandage started irritating the leg and we were amputated. Wonder of wonders, she started using that leg alone again. The nerve got stuck again. The ending is good for them, but we've had a very unsettling few months. I now keep the cotter pins covered with tape so they aren't sharp.
