Review on 🔧 GM Genuine Parts Fuel Pump and Level Sensor Module MU1733 - Includes Seal, Float, and Harness by Oscar Kaufman

I was happy to receive it so quickly and well packaged but when I opened the box I wasn't pleased to see that it wasn't like the picture. Wrong gasket for steel tank, pump tab had to be removed because fuel lines were in the wrong place. No colander included or even room for one. You list it as ac deco and then say ac deco in partnership with others should have been my first warning. As in the other review there is not a single part related to ac delco so to me this is false advertising/scam as you are led to believe you are getting a part that should fit. I should have just bought the pump separately and reused the old case. If it works well, but with all the extra work, I'd only buy $400 next time. So, I'll update my review now that the pump is installed. After I changed the tab and put everything back together, the truck started right away and the pump seems to be working as it should. The gas sensor works correctly so looking back at my review I will say it was worth the money. I just think they should add that some modifications might be needed and that they include the correct gasket for the steel tank. Would I buy it again? From what I knew it probably needs a bit of work to fit together. I gave it two stars because I was annoyed that it didn't fit in the box, but I'd say it would have gotten three stars, maybe four if the ad had been more descriptive. I also called about the pump and while it is rite it is otherwise not an ac delco but it works fine.
