I ordered medium sized orange shorts. I'm 5 feet 11 inches and 184 pounds. I wear 32" pants/shorts. They still felt a little snug but I think I could handle that. I really liked the feel of the material and the shorts were quite light. However, I had to return them as that Material was SEEN. The thin fabric was see through and the dark gray lining makes it look like you're wearing granny panties under the shorts. Not something I'd like to wear to the gym. Maybe the darker versions are ok , but I would strongly advise against an ORANGE or YELLOW pair.
