A little light for athletics. JimUpdate November 11, 2015 I have found that I like to wear a pair of socks underneath for both comfort and cushioning and insulation in cold weather. When exercising, simply put on your usual socks and pull them over them. JimUpdate September 3, 2016 Oh I wash them in cold water and tumble dry them. You will be beautiful.
