We were able to get insights into our website traffic, which helped us understand when and how people found out about our products/services from our website. They also provided excellent customer service. The support team was very responsive, knowledgeable of their product, helpful in troubleshooting any issues we may have had. I would say that while there are some benefits associated with using this provider, it wasn't something we felt needed improvement for ourselves or our clients.
