Review on 🏃 HydraPak SoftFlask - Collapsible and Refillable Trail Running SoftFlask for Gel, Water, Electrolytes, and Nutrition: Stay Hydrated on the Go! by Drew Diaz

I had some doubts about this concept; especially since it was touted as being able to be used as a larger than usual gel bottle. I'm an ultramarathoner who needs a concentrated supplement for long distance running and I usually use a 10 ounce hard bottle for this purpose which is really quite cumbersome in the front pocket of my hydration pack. I chose a soft bottle to replace this hard bottle hoping it would be more comfortable while running. I felt like it didn't exist at all as it fitted my body and got smaller and smaller as I used up the supplement it contained. I was also concerned that it would leak when squeezed as it would be in a pocket where other things were putting pressure on it all the time, but that didn't happen! This thing really lives up to its promise of having no leaks. I also take comfort in the fact that the bite valve is removable for easy cleaning. This item was expensive but worth every penny. I look forward to trying it out in my cycling jersey pocket on long rides next season.
