Used penetrating oil left them for a few minutes, picked up the truck until the wheels were off the ground. They came off with a switch and a little effort. Disconnect the wider pigtail and put some anti-seize on the new one and install it, I tighten until it touches and stops, then connected 1/4 turn more than the pigtail and fixed. Removal Note: The pigtails have a plastic zip that keeps them attached to the frame, some I just cut the old ones in half, they came out a lot easier than trying to pinch them and then pull them out.
