Various problems out of the box.
Many questions out of the boxβ¦. The laptop looked good, it was clean, nicely packaged, but it was impossible to use. If it was on for more than 10 minutes, it got very hot. Several buttons didn't work. There were both hardware and software problems. It was a gift, so it was very embarrassing when one problem after another cropped up. Now I have to get it back and send it back. I would not recommend buying this laptop, especially if you are planning to give it as a gift.
