These are 12 tightly wound rolls of garbage bags. They are not 100% transparent, but they are not opaque either. Rather matte. They are perforated between the packs, making them easy to separate. They don't have laces so they slip in my trash can. I use it for kitchen waste which tends to get quite full and haven't had any problems ripping the bag out so far, but it's a bit tricky. tie the bag because there are no laces. I can see where the bag has stretched in places or the contents are trying to come out. I try not to fill the container all the way up when I use them, but for the price, it's great value.
