THIS WILL NOT WORK ON HIGH SIERRA

I spent nearly $200 on this scanner and never got around to hooking it up to my computer to scan the documents I need to scan. I live with two IT professionals and they couldn't install the drivers; The scanner didn't even recognize when it was plugged in, the drivers didn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER IF YOU HAVE A MAC WITH THE LATEST OS, THEY ARE UNIQUELY BUILT FOR WINDOWS COMPUTERS. The online help documents are confusing and customer support is non-existent. I'm angry I bought this waste of money.
