Definitely skip this product if you're not interested in digging clay

Despite what the YouTube videos tell you, it's incredibly easy to get stuck in the clay and/or the clay to wedge between tiny and tightly packed tines. I used water, as they said, first on the parts themselves, then on the clay, and then even on both at the same time. If you press too hard (which can't be measured because you have to press sooooo hard for them to penetrate the clay more than 1mm) you end up getting clay stuck between the two pieces with all the patterns on them. This tone is a nightmare to remove. This brush is great for creating a swirly effect on mixed tone. which is mainly due to the fact that it is only one row of teeth. The net is the worst and I've already thrown it away in desperation. I work with clay regularly and my recommendation is NOT to use them but either create your own (see YouTube for help and ideas) or just lay clay the old fashioned way. I have bought from them before and was disappointed. Although their silicone molds are very flexible, they have no support to help you demould the item without damaging one side, resulting in you wasting time fixing the clay piece, pretty much defeating its intended use power. Even Mod Podge makes silicone molds better than you Clay Company. Far away! For a company that specializes in making all kinds of shiny, workable clay, their tools are really inferior.
