If you purchase a kit you will receive Sealux swivel mounts instead. It's not that they're terrible, but they're difficult to install. First, the panels are very stiff. You make them move by using a screwdriver in one hole to pry the other to make it move. This gives you enough space to move them around so you can install them. After installation, they rotate, but this is not easy. It looks like they wear well. They are difficult to install as once bolted to the seats there is very little room left for a bolt or screw to attach them to the base or any other base. A bolt larger than 1 inch cannot be inserted between the seat and swivel. On the plus side, once you install them, they last a long time. I bought a kit from Sealux which was better.
