If you really don't need smaller spikes/teeth just get the more aggressive sets from Grivel or BD starting at $100. These cats constantly fail on the track. The bottom adjustment screw is very poor and doesn't provide enough security to hold the fit in place. The metal is not the best quality. There is a correct form. They look like the best cats, but they don't function. The shape elevates them to two stars instead of one. I would give them to friends who need them, but they mostly don't work well enough. so total waste. and ties to hold my boots on.
