Love it for the calligraphy!
As a professional calligrapher, I have bought parchment paper for many years, but it always has a crumpled surface which worries me. I tried it and found it to be the perfect solution. It retains just the right amount of transparency that is so beautiful in parchment, yet has the strength of card stock to allow it to lie perfectly flat. It works great with calligraphy inks and Prismacolor pencils. I'm so glad I found this at Revain. Too bad there aren't large sizes, but for most of my projects it will fit perfectly.
