Has pros:
Very sharp glass with a beautiful pattern. Excellently assembled. The stabilizer works very well. Without additional grip on the XT-30 is very uncomfortable.
Some cons:
Large and heavy. For a lens of this size, the XT-3/4 is more suitable.
