The Quick Lube Network is a POS system designed specifically for the quick lube industry.

This system is designed for the quick lube industry, so you might expect that you can manage your business online. Unfortunately the interface is clunky and difficult to use. It takes time to learn and navigate the system. If you are looking for a full blown POS system, then you may be disappointed. It's a great concept though, and if you're in the quick lube industry and have a website, then it's worth checking out. I don't know how they get away with charging $50 per month! They advertise free installation..but when I signed up I had to pay for all 3 months before my account would even activate (and no credit card information was required at signup). After paying the first three payments, I got an email saying there were problems with processing my payment. When I called customer service, the representative said he didn't want any money until after March 1st because he wasn't sure whether or not he could process the initial charge correctly due to "some technical difficulties". I ended up having to call back every day between 9-5pm CST from February 28th - March 6th just trying to figure this whole thing out. At some point during one of these calls, someone finally told me the problem and said the billing department needed more time to fix it; however, the next morning when I tried to login again, the site stated that my monthly fee hadn't been charged yet. So needless to say, I never received my first bill as promised in December, nor did I receive a refund for the fees paid. In addition, it appears they haven't updated their user manual since August 2011 which is pretty inexcusable considering the number of users who will come across this issue.
