We bought this tracker for our enclosed trailer and it didn't work at all. for some this is very unprofessional), they were never very helpful. Their final decision was that we had to modify our trailer (cut a hole in the roof and add a window) to make the tracker work! NO THANK YOU! We sent the tracker back the next day. Then 30 days later we had to call the company AGAIN to get a credit for the purchase.
