I've wanted this sprayer for a long time and had no idea it was made to connect to a faucet. I was randomly looking around last week and saw this. I had a question about this model, I posted it here and then emailed Rinseworks directly from their website. Answered in both places within an hour! Man, if I only had five cents for every company that didn't even confirm the request via email. I would have a lot of nickels. One wonders why they have a "Contact Us" link at all. We went back and forth several times and each time his replies were just as prompt and heartfelt. Now to the product itself: the assembly is good, solid. Appearance is clean and not cheap. The hose is very flexible - you can roll it into a ring and secure it behind the tank if needed to avoid slack. My bathroom is very small and the length allows me to place it behind the toilet and hang it on the other side so it doesn't rest on the floor. Everything is perfectly set up. Teflon tape was used automatically, even against the recommendations, because that's what you do, isn't it? Not in this case, because it leaked through two fittings. Tape removed, no more leaks. Perfect. If you have good water pressure, you don't have to open the faucets often. I turn the knob a bit for both temperatures and even then the manual control doesn't need to be fully opened. The hand lever is surprisingly easy to operate with your thumb and is larger than it appears in the pictures; I was expecting something small and hard, but the action in this part is incredibly smooth. The atomizing pressure is high but can be as gentle as you need. I got an extension because I didn't know how easy it would be to control the direction of the water for fear I'd shoot right under the edge of the seat or something. I probably shouldn't have worried, but I love the extra length. With my shoulder issues, it's easy to get to where it hangs. I could live with cold water to install a faucet, but warm water is fine. I think there will be even more in January when the ground freezes deep and the water in the pipes is like ice. If you're thinking about rinsing out soiled diapers with a spray bottle, warm water works better than cold. Great experience in this and cold toilet water in the past. The hygiene factor and the feeling of cleanliness afterwards are reason enough to buy a bidet spray. Good construction, quality materials, temperature control and personal, manual customer service are the reasons to buy this machine from Rinseworks. I am not affiliated with them in any way and have not received any discount or free trial. I stumbled across this while researching bidet sprays and thought it was the best. I LOVE THIS THING. UPDATE: I've had it for quite some time, over two years, no problems. I messaged the seller yesterday to ask a question asked by someone else and he replied today. Still a real person who responds quickly.
