FastTrack Helpdesk - Easy-to Use Help Desk Software

I like that you can set reminders for your employees, which helps them remember their jobs. It also keeps track of all scheduled work orders so they don't forget about any of them. You can only schedule 1 job at a time, but this doesn't seem too big of an issue when using just the software once or twice. If you're looking for something easy to use without having to learn how to program everything yourself, then this might be what you need! My business uses Fast Track Ppm as our help desk/ticketing solution.

  • Email notifications regarding completed project tasks are easily accessible from within email client such gma il / outlook etc., making task management seamless & transparent.
