Your best bet is Shampoo & Conditioner

After reading a review (clearly inflated to my later regret) I ordered this product despite some negative comments: I should have listened. After a short use my scalp health deteriorated and I spent way too much time wondering why I was suddenly getting "dandruff" before I stopped using this product. A full bottle and 3/4 of the other remain unused. hard lesson.
