A part of this bike has broken off. When I called customer service, I received the car. They didn't call me back the same day. I find it ironic that part of this bike broke off while playing with it for 5 years as their promotional video shows a 220lb man jumping up and down on the bike to show how durable it is . The handles fall off fairly quickly and require some assembly to hold them in place. The seat height adjustment is awkward and doesn't work smoothly. Good wheel bearings. good tyres. Very, very easy. The kids love it.
