The customer service is excellent, they are always willing to help! There's no better place for vet techs in my opinion!! They have been very helpful when it comes time getting our new computer set up or troubleshooting issues that we may be having at work (which isn't often).

I wish there was more training available as far back end programming goes but other than this everything has gone well so far. We use PUTEUS primarily because their prices tend not too expensive compared some others out here who offer similar services which can cost you mucho dinero if your organization doesn’t cover them all costs-wise like ours does sometimes. !
