We purchased the 15 foot trampoline. We wanted the 16 foot but it was out of stock. We we started putting it together we noticed a 3 inch cut in the jumping mat. I contacted the company and Betty got back to me right away and said no problem we will send a new one. She asked that we be patient that it may take a while. That was Sunday evening of Father’s Day and the replacement arrived that Thursday! We didn’t have to send the damaged one back. So very glad we chose this product! It is very well made! Thank you again Betty for the excellent service! Will definitely purchase from this company in the future!
