Unreliable External Audio Enhancer for Computers

The product claims to enhance the audio experience but unfortunately it falls short .Through trial and error, I found that it is not compatible with all devices, resulting in distorted audio. The adapter also tends to disconnect randomly, causing annoyance during important tasks..
