This tape is the answer to your inevitable bladder problems. Blisters are a part of being an Irish dancer, especially when breaking in new stiff shoes. Wrapping your feet with this tape will prevent blisters on your feet or if you already have blisters this tape will prevent them. I wish I had this cassette with me at my competitions! As a teacher and TCRG, I will recommend all my students to use this tape throughout their careers to make their lives less painful and their dancing even better! I also like different colors.
