Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
The pump worked in the well, pumped clean water, broke down after a year and a half, gave it to the Service under warranty, they refused, citing damage to the cable, although the braid itself was damaged, the wires themselves were intact, when you hit the pump it started working, then stopped working altogether, and I could start pumping water myself in 10-15 minutes . the reason is clearly not in the wire, I wrote a claim to Karcher while they are silent. Quality wants better and the service itself.
