I used to buy these special sponges at Walmart for 99 cents. Now that Walmart no longer sells them I had to look elsewhere as I really like them. Of course, I was surprised by the price, but knowing that they would last a while, I thought I might get my money's worth with them. NO! The first sponge I used lasted about as long as the originals. I would say about a month and a half before they started falling apart. The second sponge (pictured) did this after the second shower. Once these sponges break down, it's all over except for the scream. So it was a huge waste of money. I wish I knew Walmart would stop selling them, I would buy a boat to transport me. Either way, keep looking because these sponges are NOT WORTH IT!
