The best feature about this software is the ability to manage all of the guests at once. We can see who has left feedback or what their preferences are. It also allows us to communicate with our team members easily as well. I dislike that it takes so long to load. Sometimes it gets stuck and we have to wait for several minutes before it loads. Also, sometimes it freezes up. So be patient! If you're looking for an excellent platform to manage your hotel's guests, this is the way to go. It allows us to keep track of everything that our guests do. It makes it easier for us to stay organized and get back to them with any concerns they might have.
