Never worked, but it can't be a network filter defect. Doesn't give enough information to verify this.

Never worked. Not sure if the outlet it's plugged into or the surge protector is to blame. The red light came on but not green. It is not written how to reset. But the ones I had stopped working in this fork. Not enough information to verify.
