That's exactly the right shape for my floor drain in the basement. When I'm cleaning down there, and then I have to put a bucket of dirty water in approx. The 3 inch diameter hole I used to spill or miss made a big puddle on the floor. Now that this is in place, I have a target that even I find hard to miss. So the maximum number of points for the form and my application. However, the material is very thin and brittle (I think it's some kind of styrofoam). I doubt it will survive a hand-height drop onto hard ground. As I plan to leave this in the basement for the times I need to open and use the floor drain, I'm afraid it will break easily. I'm in an industry where I see injection molded parts being purchased so I have a pretty good idea of the cost of manufacturing this item and feel it's overpriced. So almost the perfect shape for my needs, but filigree and expensive in my opinion.
