Review on UGREEN USB 3.0 Switch Selector: 4 Port 2 Computer Peripheral Switcher for PC Printer Scanner Mouse Keyboard with One Button Switch and 2 Pack USB Male Cable by Norman Costello

I already have three of these devices. I love her that much. They really work great. They can be powered via a microUSB cable connected to a separate charging port, or they can be charged via the USB bus of whatever computer they are connected to. All three of mine are not connected to power via the microUSB connector and all work. perfect. Here's how I use all three in case anyone is interested. I have 4 computers. Two Windows 10 PCs and two Macbook Pros. Well, one of the MBPs is a company car. I have UGREEN KVM on the left, one in the middle and one on the right. I'm a streamer so I have 2 PCs, a gaming PC and a streaming PC. I'm left-handed, so the mouse is on the left of the keyboard when gaming, but I also use the Magic Trackpad on the right to control my Macs. I've always been symmetrical with pointing devices, but prefer the mouse on the left for gaming. The keyboard is connected to the central KVM. The mouse (along with the center KVM) is connected to the left KVM. The Magic Trackpad (along with the center KVM) is connected to the right KVM. Left KVM toggles mouse and middle KVM between gaming and streaming PC. The KVM on the right toggles the Magic Trackpad and central KVM between my Macbook Pro at home and my company's Macbook Pro. Central KVM switches the keyboard between PC and Mac. This allows me to use the same keyboard on all four computers, and since PCs and Macs have their own dedicated spiked devices on different sides of the keyboard, it works really well for me. I have a Magic Keyboard that I used with a Mac when I only had two UGREEN KVMs, but my desk was too cluttered and it was difficult to find space for both keyboards. Now I only need one keyboard and can easily manage everything. These are great products. Even if I had a 4 computer KVM, I would never be able to switch between the two as easily as I can now, but I think the potential downside is that it only comes in a 2 computer (and maybe 3 computer?) version. , but not 4. Another thing I would like to improve about UGREEN is the location of the USB inputs on the back. Having them in front is a bit of a hassle and hurts your eyes. You can see in the photos that the right one is lifted off the table at a diagonal angle because the cables in front are forced to twist and go. back, but it's not a big problem. One of the biggest issues related to getting my PC locked was how to do it. I've been swapping cables etc with a Mac for a long time and sometimes it would crash and I'd have to restart my computer etc. It was a hassle. It's easy now, thanks UGREEN! Thank you UGRIN!
