This works fine, but because it has a "commercial" label, the price is ridiculous. I installed it on the bathroom sink so our little one can stand on a stool and wash his hands easily. There are inexpensive alternatives that work just as well - just not with our sink, where the tap is set back a little. This one seemed to work well and recognize hands well - but honestly I wish one of the cheaper options would work on our sink - because it's just not worth the cost for home use and they don't have any other option.
