Great Platform & Easy To Use For Business Owners
I like how easy it was to use, plus there are many features available for you as an individual user or business owner! There really isn't anything i dislike about this product yet; however they should maybe add more social media integration into their platform in order to be able to see what people say online about your brand/service when used by customers directly through Instagram or Facebook? We have been using Cosmo Tech now since April of 2016 but we didn’t know much before then aside from just knowing other companies were using them too.
Pros
- Customer support is very good
- Easy access via mobile app so users can submit photos easily at any time if needed (I do not recommend submitting pictures late due lack availability)
- Ableto upload multiple images per post(can include video)
- Very helpful feature allowing clients with professional cameras who want take high quality pics without having issues uploading all those files simultaneously.
- Can create campaigns quickly once approved
