Installation documentation and hardware/wiring missing
This was a second unit or a replacement for a dented, damaged unit, no papers and no installation kit/wiring. This plug-in also lacked the paperwork, specs, and wiring of the mounting kit. I had to contact the manufacturer to get electronic document files and send me the missing installation kit. Very cumbersome as this required kit will be shipped via UPS from East and will take 7-10 days due to holiday weekend. In the meantime, I'm stuck with no working extractor fan. Watch out for similar reviews where the item is dented and missing the required documentation and installation hardware/wiring.
