This product is great for streaming Bluetooth music from your smartphone to your car via FM radio as advertised. Find a suitable station (usually 87.9) and you'll find that the quality is excellent most of the time. If you drive to the music, you will hear a call. Oh, let me use the speakerphone, how do you think. Oh, but the other person can't hear you. Okay, no problem, I'll just switch to the headset on the phone. HERE the problems start. At that point, that device loses connectivity and goes into hyperdrive to try to reconnect. On the radio you will hear "Bluetooth disconnected" and after about 2 seconds "Bluetooth connected" and it will rebroadcast your call so it cannot be heard. So switch it back and it fights against you as you cruise 70 mph on the interstate. "Related" . "Disconnected" back and forth without stopping. To handle a call you need to turn off and turn off the radio, turn off the charging options and make a call. Then when you're done praying, nobody's going to call you back and put everything back in your pocket. Around that time you get another call and the traffic stops. This is the only similar product I have ever used, this may be common with other brands but it is very annoying. It would be nice to only have hands-free mute, but of course it can't be that simple. Every time someone calls me in this car, they automatically ask if I have Bluetooth turned off.
