Review on OWC 8GB (2X4GB) PC3-12800 DDR3L 1600MHz SO-DIMM 204 Pin CL11 Memory Upgrade Kit For IMac by Chad Fox

I upgraded this 2.4GHz 8.1 13" MacBook Pro i5 with an SSD last year in late 2011 and noticed a huge improvement. But now that the world is the way it is , I need to use my laptop more than ever and it was a problem with the original 4GB of RAM. I ran out of 16GB but accidentally ordered 1600MHz instead of the 1333MHz my system needs. OWC says that what i ordered is compatible with my machine and it definitely recognizes this in the spec check the system works like a dream super easy to install for that layman and i am very happy with this purchase should have done this sooner I hope this MBP is many years old - love my outdated ports!
