I've seen a few customer reviews complaining that ink is sometimes defective and leaving horrible reviews. COMPANY FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS AT YOUR REQUEST! I use them for my home business, I sell my art and I print my own paintings to mail. These inks sometimes print better than Canon inks and the cartridge is larger than Canon's so it holds more ink. I haven't had a leak yet, but the chip was unreadable and the company sent a replacement. Don't buy one set at a time if you're worried you'll need it to work from home, that's a silly mistake. You can get 3-4 full sets of this brand for the price you pay for a Canon brand and depending on what you are printing you will get better results.
