I bought this for my FJ Cruiser as it doesn't have a heated steering wheel option and I really missed it having had it on my Range Rover. I read many reviews and decided this is the best of them all. I was right. It warms very well, the coiled cord can be positioned to stay plugged in while riding, and on a cold morning it feels good even before warming up. I installed a multiple socket outlet to bring the fork point closer to the wheel so it doesn't stretch out at the bottom of the dash like in pic 1. It is a little tricky to install, leave it in the house or connect it before installation to facilitate stretching. The reason it fits snugly is so it stays tight on the wheel. I placed the cord exit on the top left corner of the wheel, this created a neutral point for the cord to travel around the wheel in any direction without pulling it too far and pulling it out of the cigarette lighter socket. Shown in picture #2. However, it is bulky. My handlebars were more like that so it's ok if you already have thick handlebars you might not like them. However, it is better than other brands in my opinion and costs less.
