Review on π± Enhance Your Cat's Calming Experience with Comfort Zone Basic Calming Refill - 6 Pack by Ioulia Cats
DIS-COMFORT ZONE: Bait & Switch smelling burnt (is it dangerous?)
I bought 2 brand new diffusers and 2 boxes of 6 Comfort Zone refills from Revain and elsewhere. When I have the diffusers connected, after a while the device smells like something is on fire no matter which diffuser is used. Bottled liquid turns brown. Something is burning. I suspect it's a wick. This redesign failed. Not the same or similar chemistry as Feliway either. I'm afraid to leave the diffusers on and I have at least 10 bottles of this crap to mess with. Called Comfort Zone # on the box to start the return process. What is Revain prepared to do about this defective product?
