They are really honest about what they can offer you; nothing was ever too good or bad at all! There wasn't anything negative but there were times where things could have been better such as having someone who knows how to operate social media platforms like Instagram/Facebook etc., which would be beneficial if your business has more than one page (like mine). Their customer support team also couldn't always answer questions quickly enough when needed - sometimes waiting hours just to get answers from another rep instead of getting immediate responses within minutes. Honestly though this isn’t something major or even noticeable because everything else seemed perfect between us both throughout my entire employment experience!
