I wear medium sized women's gloves and they fit me. I want it to be another 2 inches wide so I can spread my arms a bit. I think if I were to buy a larger mitten it would be too long and the annoyance of the slack length would outweigh the pleasure of the width. If you wear large women's gloves, do not buy these. It gets very tight and uncomfortable. They work well and are easy to clean. After doing a little research I finally put together the following kit which suits my needs well enough for someone who is not a car enthusiast but simply someone who likes their car presentable enough: 1. 2 large buckets: 1. 2 large buckets: Pour some soap solution into the first bucket. The second bucket should be large and deep enough to hold enough water to rinse your hands in before submerging it in the soap solution again.
