If you put a regular lid in the fridge to store pickled vegetables, don't over-tighten it
I'm very happy with these lids, the brine didn't leak out of the jar during fermentation. They are easy to clean, put away and put on a regular fridge lid. After reading many happy reviews, he convinced me to buy six capsules. What a wonderful invention for fermentation!
